In 2019, three NMC Registered Nurses found themselves juggling the same impossible balance — clinical placements, academic deadlines, and no support that truly understood what nursing study actually felt like. They met in The Student Room and began sharing knowledge, not building a company.
What started as a small discussion group spread. Seven nurses. Then fifteen. Internationally trained nurses began reaching out — asking for someone who understood the UK academic system, the OSCE, the NMC pathway. Someone who had been there.
UKNurses was the answer. Formally established under PI Consulting, a leader in learning and instructional design, the platform has since helped over 2,700 nursing students across UK, Australia, New Zealand and beyond — with guidance tailored to every stage of the nursing journey.
