Refund Policy
At UKNurses.net, we acknowledge that all purchases made on this platform are undertaken by adults or under appropriate parental or guardian guidance. Users are provided with adequate time and opportunity to consult with tutors or experts before making any financial decisions.
Accordingly, refunds are only granted in cases where there has been a direct violation of client rights or service standards by our team.
Eligibility for Refunds
A full or partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
Cancellation Before Service Assignment
If you cancel your purchase within 20 minutes of creating the request, provided that no tutor or expert has been assigned to your request.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make two payments for the same request, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued upon confirmation.
Please note: if two identical requests are submitted and paid for, we will assume both services are required and will proceed accordingly.
If a payment was made in error, you must contact us within 20 minutes of placing the request to clarify the situation.
Late Delivery
If the product or service is delivered after the agreed deadline, without prior agreement or communication, and the content has not been downloaded or accessed by you.
Non-Compliance with Instructions
If the delivered product or service does not align with the instructions provided in the original request form, and the content has not been downloaded, accessed, or consumed.
Plagiarism or AI Content Issues
If the delivered content contains more than 20% AI-generated or plagiarised material, a refund will be issued provided that:
- Verifiable evidence is supplied, and
- It is clearly established that the issue resulted from our team’s actions and not from any modification or misuse of the content by the client.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not offered based on grades or academic outcomes, as all materials provided by UKNurses.net are intended for reference and educational support only and are not designed to be submitted as final academic work to any university or institution.
Refund will not be offered in reported cases of Gross-misconducts, such as bullying or any form of abuse leading to dismissal by tutor/an expert
